*Deep le sigh*
Just got back from work, which wasn't the usual day. My boss and I had talked about taking a district test that is now required for paraprofessionals to pass in order to keep their job. Well, it's no stranger to this blog that I'm planning on changing jobs soon, but I thought I should do this testing just as a backup. Life loves curveballs, ya know.
So, I had someone cover my shift as I drove to the district office at 1:30 to start the first phase of testing (yeah, this biatch has 3 parts). The first phase I finished today, which consisted of essays and other writing assignments geared toward how well you know how to do your job. A few other of my co-workers came in after me and we all agreed that this test wasn't anything to get your panties in a bunch over.
I just considered it a break from work. But, I'm now wishing that the testing was tomorrow, because my co-workers are EVIL when it's your birthday. I'm not going to be left alone for a second, and plus I have 3 year olds to run from as well.
*le sigh*
Where is my Passage to Paradise, dammit.
