- Wedding Woes - Wednesday, May 12, 2004 Future Bride's to-be Tip of the Day Never, Never, (did I mention Never?) ask people to be in your wedding that was planned for the end of January, then out of the blue pospone it, change the date, and never bother to ask your ALREADY INVITED members of the wedding if this date is good for them. Or have your mother tell everyone the WRONG wedding date, only to get a phone call from bride to-be telling you the date you had marked on your calender - is wrong. Yeah, I'm a pissed bridesmaid right now. I've had plans in the works for over a year, and all this "changing of the dates" crap is driving me up a wall. But you girls don't worry...come hell or high water, my plans are still on.
