Before I head off to work, I was two-stepping around the net and found this OLD (well, 2002) article that was written by a hilarious summabitch named Dave Barry on the Washington Post. Dave...dude. You're my new hero, and the reason I'll be registering free with Washingtonpost.com. In all honesty, I don't remember ever seeing this article, but running into it 2 1/2 years and a little more ST savvy later, it's friggin' journalistic genius. I have a side ache from giggling so hard. No seriously, I may need medical attention. This has got to be the funniest cover outline I've ever read, and knowing more about short track makes it even more funny.
