- WTF? - Saturday, August 14, 2004 This is a test of the Emergency National Blogging WTF Systems......this is only a test........so quit whining. I do enough of that for both of us. If this had been an actual emergency, the message relayed would have been in red. So, no need to panic. Nope, no need at all. I mean, really, you blog-watchers get so spooked sometimes. I am, however, pulling hair out wondering if I'm about to reschedule flight plans. Well, at least in route to a WTF emergency test, it's nice to have plenty of operatives on land, sea, and in the air (and with cell phones). So here I wait, on pins, needles, and jackhammers for [insert olympic athlete's name here] to give the green light. Hell, I'd take a yellow light, at least I have a chance of blowing through the intersection. Oh, by the way, did I mention I'm back home in Sac-town?
